‘Good’ Feedback, Challenges and Practical Ideas

The first half of this session summarised the findings of recent research on assessment feedback, with a particular focus on the features of ‘good’ feedback and feedback challenges. Alice included group discussions on commonly experienced feedback  challenges and what practices might be adopted to address these.

The second half of the session considered feedback against the backdrop of the massification and consumerization of Higher Education in the 21st century, with increasing numbers and a more diverse student body than ever before.
