The Academy of Innovation is Leeds University Business School‘s hub of teaching and learning excellence; driving innovation and excellence in pedagogy and the student experience.
Each faculty across the University of Leeds has similar hubs which work together at a cross institutional level. We work closely with the Leeds Institute for Teaching Excellence, the University’s central community on teaching practice and scholarship.
The Academy of Innovation aims to establish a faculty-wide community to enhance, shape and disseminate ‘better practices’ in teaching and the student experience. This includes innovations and enhancements in the delivery of teaching, pedagogical research and scholarship, as well as innovations within the support and administration of student education. The Academy is supported by Business School’s Enhancement and Innovation team and the Enhancement Group for Higher Education Development.
